We want you to feel confident in your skincare journey with 47 Skin USA; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
